The Bank of Nevis Limited wishes to advise its credit and debit card customers that due to a card system/security breach at a financial institution in Barbados, which is affecting the Caribbean region, some Bank of Nevis cards may have been compromised. In order to protect you, our valued cardholders, we have taken the decision to block all affected cards and re-issue new ones.
Please note that these measures are precautionary, because at this point, no fraud has been attributed to this case.
We are in the process of contacting all affected cardholders. However, if you are a credit or debit card holder and experiencing difficulties with your card, please contact our Card Services Department at 1 (869) 469 5564.
