Monique F. Pogson

As Senior Manager, Retail Banking, Mrs.  Monique Pogson leverages over 12 years experience in the financial services and commercial banking industry. With over 6+ years in senior management her experience includes investment and treasury management, banking operations, financial risk management, strategy development, managing correspondent banking relationships as well as optimizing organizational performance and efficiency with extensive client relationship management. Rejoining the bank in December 2024, she previously led the Investment and Treasury Unit from 2016 to 2023. She also serves as Registered Principal on behalf of the Bank.

Mrs. Pogson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies Mona Campus and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Technology Jamaica.
